Use Vin-X legally, respectfully, and responsibly. Don’t harm people, don’t abuse communities,
and don’t attack systems. If you break these rules, we may remove content, restrict accounts,
or block access.
This policy applies to Vin-X Score, SportLink, OneView,
and related services, including spectator pages, scoreboards, dashboards, and uploads.
1) Prohibited Use
You must not use Vin-X to do any of the following:
Illegal activity: any unlawful use, content, or promotion of illegal activity.
Harassment or abuse: bullying, threats, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
Exploitation: content involving exploitation or harm to minors or vulnerable people.
Explicit content: sexually explicit content, pornography, or inappropriate content for school/club environments.
Violence & incitement: content that glorifies violence or encourages harm.
Impersonation: pretending to be someone else, a school/club, or an official entity.
Spam: unsolicited messages, repetitive posts, or manipulative engagement tactics.
Platform disruption: attempting to break, overload, or bypass access controls and protections.
2) Content Rules (SportLink + Uploads)
If you post content (text, images, video, names, stats, etc.), you are responsible for what you upload.
Content must be suitable for school and club sport communities.
No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
No illegal, misleading, or defamatory content.
No private personal info (e.g., ID numbers, addresses) without permission.
No copyrighted content unless you have rights or permission to use it.
No content that puts minors at risk (even if you “meant well”).
3) Fair Use of Match & School Data
Vin-X is built for real-time sport environments. Respect the integrity of match data and school/club operations.
Do not falsify match scores, events, or official records.
Do not attempt to manipulate leaderboards, profiles, or results.
Only authorised staff should control official scoring and match operations.
4) Advertising & Sponsors
Ads and sponsors may appear as part of the platform experience.
Sponsor content must be lawful and suitable for the intended audience.
No illegal, misleading, or exploitative ads.
No inappropriate content for minors or school environments.
We may reject or remove sponsor content at our discretion to protect users and the platform.
5) Enforcement
If this policy is violated, Vin-X may take action such as:
Removing or restricting access to content.
Warning the account owner or organisation.
Suspending or terminating accounts (temporary or permanent).
Blocking devices or access paths used for abuse.
Reporting illegal activity to relevant authorities where required.
We may act quickly in urgent situations (e.g., threats, exploitation, security attacks, or school safety concerns).
6) Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is abusing the platform or posting harmful content, report it immediately.
